PRIVATE LESSONS
Recommended for current private students, class students who have or will perform at NYSSMA, experienced new students (9 years and up), or anyone else who wishes to keep up with their musical studies! Call for (845) 452-8528 for details and pricing.
AGES 4 – 5 YEARS “Junior Music (JMC)”
Weekly lessons include keyboard playing to introduce
the joy of expressing music as well as developing a
sense of pitch, keyboard harmony, ensemble playing,
and technique.
AGES 9 – 12 YEARS (KEY) “Keyboard Explorers”
Students will play various types of music, including jazz, blues, classical, country, pop, and more. Group playing strengthens rhythm skills and listening habits.
AGES 6 – 8 YEARS “Young Musicians (YMC)”
Students will learn piano technique through solo and
ensemble playing, as well as singing, ear training,
arranging, theory, and more.
